Chapter 39: Day 22, Settle In
Two remodeling teams work on my bungalow, rebuilding the kitchen. In the meantime, I settle in at Trent’s apartment, and enjoy his company. He opens his world to me and offers me his place to sleep, eat, and relax in, forever how long I feel the need to stay as his guest. He makes me feel at home, rewarding me with his hospitality and kindness.
I recall my last visit to his apartment: Trent showed me his darkroom and I maybe fell a little head over heels for him, and his work.
