AS MY mom planned, the celebration was held at The Peninsula Hotel.
Mr. Felix Sanders rented the entire resort for my birthday. Even Mom was preoccupied with choosing the outfit I would wear to the party. She initially wanted me to wear a gown since her original plan was a formal party. However, I convinced her to let me wear a simple dress and have a casual birthday celebration instead.
