AVA’S POV
I WAS gazing at the city view outside the office through the full-length glass panel while waiting for Drei. I casually played with the wine glass in my hand.
A soft knock caught my attention. "Come in," I said after taking a sip from the wine glass and refilling it again.
"Why did you suddenly think of calling me here this late at night?" he asked, sitting on the couch inside. Before I could answer his question, I handed him another wine glass, which he took.
"I was planning to send you to Erstoania tomorrow," I seriously said, which surprised him.
"Erstonia? Why?" he asked with curiosity, taking a sip from the wine I placed there. "You can't even handle things here alone, and you want to send me away! Do you want both of us to be eaten alive by your dad?"
