I walked up to the register to pay for my food noticing it was just a young girl she was no older then 12.
I was curious as to why we had such a young kid working here. Shouldn’t she be in school I thought. I would have to talk to Dr Jane about this.
I paid for my food handing the the young worker 50$.
“Keep the change, and stay in school. Okay?”
She nodded her head quickly taking the money.
I walked over to the exit waiting for my brother.
His hands were completely filled with food.
I looked over at him rolling my eyes I just shook my head.
“What? Do you think I should grab some other things? I thought maybe if she woke up she would be hungry and I didn’t know what she would like so I grabbed a little of everything.”
