HOPE Fuck my life. I’d been in Paris for a whole two hours and already, I was ready to hop on the next plane and head back home. My best friend was on the other end of the line, laughing hysterically at me. “Ugh, being here is so freaking depressing, Anna, you have no idea,” I said, flopping down on my hotel bed.
