“Hey,” Rowie mumbled, “it’s okay. Knowing Hershaille, you just need to be honest with her. Whatever it is you are arguing or fighting over with, everything will be fine.”
“But she doesn’t even want to talk to me.”
“Does she?”
He looked at her. “What do you mean?”
“Does she not want you to talk to her, or you haven’t tried yet? Or if you tried already, and she still didn’t listen, would that stop you already?”
He shook his head. “Of course not. I will do anything so that we can talk and fix this.”
“That is the spirit!” She patted his shoulder. “You just have to trust each other, you know. That is one of the things that are important in relationships. Talking and listening to each other is another. Not just about boyfriend and girlfriend kind of relationships, but in any kind.”
