The sight of Nash sent a panic through my senses as I wondered what would happen if he saw me. Nash might have agreed to invest in us but he is still a businessman. There was a fifty million dollar bounty on my head and he hasn't invested yet. He would stand to gain more from turning me in than an investment and any attempts to negotiate with him could lead to him getting more from the deal than he should.
My first thought as I saw him was to flee. I can't keep handing out freebies from the company we haven't even stabilized yet. We could end up with more losses than gains at the end of it.
