TONDO MANILA 2018

“Thank you so much for your help, please do something about it, we really can’t stand living there, though I cannot sell the house since it is our ancestral house”

“Don’t worry, we will do everything to handle the situation there, especially my daughter has this gift of talking to them” the mother explained

Sanhia Almoral together with her parents performs different kinds of exorcism or the abolishment of any living spirits in a certain place, though they are quite famous in this field, they are doing it in a scam way.

Sanhia is a twenty-six years old female who will do everything just to help her family to have a better life even by scamming people at their own expense.

Her parents’ lives their life as is since they arrive in this country, they have begun to suffer when their life was being messed up since her father was fired by his long time company whom he works for even when he is still in France.

Though life is a bit hard and fussy for them, Sanhia still manages to have a stable job, a secretary in the day and a scammer s***h con artist in the night.

With the help of her parents and few friends, they can make the impossible be possible for the sake of money.

“So, did you get all the details of the ancestral house?” Sanhia asks her friend Jhonny, an unfortunate hacker that was being kicked out by his parents when he got to jail seven months ago by hacking the monopoly electrical company in the country.

“Oh yes, here, they got what we need, I already hacked their CCTV and got access to their hidden wealth! Hahahha” he explained

“Good job! I will go ahead and prepare our props…and by midnight it's showtime!” she smiling said.

12 midnight at the ancestral house of the Magno family, Sanhia and her team start to do what they need to do, Sanhia opened the bag of different stuff, all the jewels and expensive things that they fabricated was being placed over the originals.

They carefully get all the original jewels, golden clock, golden plate and all of the antique things inside the house and replaced them with fake ones.

“Hey Shan, look at the second floor, I am seeing a movement,” Jhonny said and she quickly checks on it.

She slowly climbs the grand staircase and sees if there is someone there, she starts searching the first room then the second then so on.

“Nope, there is nothing here Jhon!” she said while standing and facing an old whole body mirror,

She looks at herself while talking to Jhonny when someone appeared in the mirror in just a blink of an eye.

“Wtf!” she exclaimed

“What? What happen?” he asks

“Ahmm., I thought I saw something in the mirror” she explained

“Hey Shan, I guess you all need to get hurry, we can’t deny the fact that the house is being haunted” he explained

“Cut the crap Jhon! There is nothing like that here, what I saw is just the result of my exhaustion, I don’t have enough sleep yet that is why I am hallucinating things!” she said then drop the call and head her way down the 1st floor.

After finishing what they need to do, they all head their way out bringing all the stuff they stole.

When her parents and others already get out of the house, Sanhia was surprised when the main door suddenly closed.

“Damn!! Mom! Dad! Open up!!!” she shouts but she didn’t hear anything outside.

Swallowing her throat, she roamed her eyes around the house and starting to feel something unusual.

Shadows start to move from left and right that scares her, she was about to walk away from the closed door and tries to find another way out when a woman in red suddenly appeared.

“Who—who are you,” she asks while startling

The woman in red didn’t response instead it begins to attack her in front that makes Sanhia shouts her lung out and try to defend herself by pushing the woman away.

She touches its face and pushes her, the woman fell to the ground and suddenly her face and body start to melt in the air.

And the door is finally opened.

Sanhia lost her consciousness and fall to the floor.

Waking up inside her room, Sanhia was still in shock about what happened.

“Are you alright?” her mom asks and she just nods at her

“What happens inside the house Sanie?” her father asked

She just covers her face still thinking about what has happened.

“How did you guys let me out of the house?” she asked

“The door just opened and we saw you on the floor unconscious” the father explained.

While digging into her memory, she commanded her parents to leave her alone for a while.

She just stares at one corner still thinking about what is going on with her and a sudden glimpse of the past suddenly came up to her mind.

“Daag….Daaaaggg…” a loud sound from the under stare caught Sanhia’s attention

She walks towards it and tries to check what is going on, a little sneak peeks and she saw a lady with long ears and seemingly wearing a blue dress is hiding under the stares.

“Who are you?” she asks the Lady but it didn’t respond, then she saw its arms with bruises and has a color blue liquid that is gushing from it.

“You are wounded!, hurry at our house, my mom can help you fix your wound,” Sanhia said

When she was about to grab the lady’s hand it just runs away from her going to the forest.

She quickly follows her and runs after her.

“Hey…please slow down! I am not going to hurt you, I was just trying to help you” Sanhia said and the lady with an unusual look stops and stares at her.

When Sanhia offered her hand to help, the lady was slowly walking towards her trying to reach her hand but another lady appeared with the same attire though it is wearing red and the lady is wearing blue.

The one with red clothes grabs the shoulder of the lady and brings out a dagger, she was about to stab the lady when Sanhia runs towards them and holds the hand of the lady with the dagger and pushes her.

She pulled the lady with her, and the one with red clothes slowly melting in the air.

The lady with the blue dress faces her and starts to open her mouth.

“Hey Kid, remember this day, you are special, you will have the biggest journey to take, you might forget what happen today but I will make sure you will remember this, you will be powerful with her, find her, the key for your great path,” the lady said and suddenly disappear in the light.

Sanhia slowly felt dizzy and fell asleep.

While still thinking about what happened in the house, Sanhia remembers the time when she met someone with a very unusual look; she remembers every detail about what happened to her eighteen years ago.

“Find her….I will be powerful with her…damn! Who’s her???” she mumbled to herself crumpling her hair.

Somehow she felt a need to find the person, though she doesn’t know where to start.

She tries to calm herself and start to stand up and change her clothes though those memories still linger she chooses to ignore them and then gets out of her room.

It was almost seven in the morning and she needs to go to her work at Sebastian Group of company.

Alfred Sebastian is the owner of Sebastian Group of a company where Sanhia works as his secretary.

“Damn! It's almost time again!” she shouts while getting out of the house, she quickly dialled her phone to call Jhonny

“Hey, Jhonny! I need a ride this time! Can you help me out?”

“There is a lot of cab Shan! It's too early for me okay!”

“Goodness Jhonny! You know I can't spend that much on the cab! Just help me okay, the same drill!

“Okay, okay! Give me one minute!”

Then he started navigating the laptop, opening the online map he quickly searches on the taxi booking then going back to the live streaming of the map, he looks for a person that is currently withdrawing to an ATM machine.

He double clicks the cursor at the ATM machine and hacked directly the bank account of the person who withdraws, he connects the bank to the online payment of the taxi booking and he successfully booked a taxi for her.

He can only deduct at a limited amount so it can’t be detected by the bank.

The taxi stops in front of Sanhia then she quickly rides on it,

At the exact time she arrives at the company then heads her way to the chairman’s office.

She composed herself and fixes her attire first before getting in.

Inside she saw the chairman talking with the middle-aged man, she manages to go to her table and check the chairman’s schedule.

She found out that the man he is talking to is the chairman of the Bernards Corporation.

She starts making a coffee for the two bosses and accidentally heard their conversation.

“So what seems to be the problem at your ancestral house?”

“All the servants want to abandon their work believing there is a ghost there, it cant be since the house is well furnished and I already throw the old furniture”

“You can't be sure that they are lying since Amanda’s sister hired a team of exorcist for their house before and they really get rid of the ghost, there is nothing wrong if you will try it”

Sanhia smirks when she heard their topics and quickly comes up with a plan.

She walks inside the washroom and calls Jhonny.

“Hey, we have another project”

“Give me the details”

“The Bernards Corporation, it's their ancestral house, I need complete information later and we will discuss it with the team”

Upon informing him, Sanhia drops the call and quickly gets out of the washroom.

She was about to go back to her table and continue her work when her boss calls her attention.

“Set an appointment to the exorcist society of the Philippines for Bernards ancestral house in Calamba”

Her boss commanded him, so she quickly searches for the information of the said exorcist society team, while dialling, she thinks of a way she could get out of the office since she will set the appointment under their team.

“Sir, I need to go to the marketing department for some urgent signature”

Then her boss just nods at her so she quickly gets out of the office then dialled her parent’s number.

The two corporations chairman was left talking at the office regarding the same matter.

“Anyway, does only the caretakers will be there for the ancestral house?”

“Normally yes, but my daughter will be there to fix my late wife’s birthday this coming Tuesday”

“Oh, well she can be the one to entertain the exorcist team”

“That I doubt, you know how her attitude towards other people, after Samantha died, she begins to lock herself away from the people, and I bet she will be there at exact Tuesday, I guess the exorcist team will be there as soon as possible”

After work Sanhia meets all her team together with her parents for another project, the Bernards ancestral house.

“So, what are the details about the house?”

“Well, nothing usual, only an old couple was those who manage the whole house but leaves it unattended in the evening”

“They just leave the house at night? Seriously..”

“Oh yes, and you all want to know why? Look carefully how strict and technology base the whole house is, it is already systematic that is why I find it hard to hacked all their system, every door has a lock system.”

“Wow. It may seem like an ordinary house but indeed full surprises huh”

“It is Dad, which is why we need to change our tactics”

“What Sanie? Change the usual? I don’t think so; familiarity is not something you can learn over a night!”

“No Jhonny, you don’t need to learn anything, all you need to do is manage your time, since every corner has its own automatic lock upon detecting the unregistered body temperature, we need to be present at the point where it is not yet time to detect anything, 6 am up to the time of their checking at night it is still free to get in and out of the house since the body temperature detection only applies at exact time where the couple’s routine checking of all rooms and corner of the house and after upon they entering the rooms the body detection will turn to normal though, before 10 pm we need to quickly do what we need to do since above that time, the couple needs to go home, all the doors will be lockdown until 6 in the morning,”

“So you mean we only have one hour to do the job?”

“You got it Jhonny!”

“That is insane Sanie! That is impossible! Why can't we just do it early then?”

Sanhia just throws a death glare at him then starts to draw something at the whole blueprint of the house.

“The couple caretakers and other helpers will be around the house in the day! Here, that will be our movement in one hour; we will avoid all the couples’ movement from one room to another after they get out of the room our 15 or less than 15 minutes will start, all our movement will take on that certain minutes per single act, so everyone needs to carefully manage your own time unless you just want us to see each other in jail!”

The team did not disagree with her plan since what is waiting for them is a million worth of things including the whole house itself.
