Cathy's P.O.V
I sat there, Looking back and forth between my mum andJohnny. I honestly couldn't speak. Were they being serious? What could I say? The love of my life has gotten my mother pregnant, I was going to be an older sister to my lover's child... This was too much.
Standing up quickily, I tried to leave the room, But my mum followed my actions and stood in front of me.
'What's wrong?' Shaking my head, I moved around her and headed for the stairs. I needed to get some stuff, I couldn't stay here, not at the moment.
Mum followed me to my bedroom, Still shocked and worried about my reaction. I couldn't be near her right now. God knows what I might say.
'Cath, I just told you I'm pregnant'.
'Yeah, I heard you!' I snapped at her as I started grabbing lose bits of clothing from my draws and dumped them all into the suitcase I just pulled from under my bed.
'Where are you going?' This time it was Johnny who spoke. I didn't even see him come into the bedroom, But, I wasn't even going to pay any attention to him.
'Catherine!'.
Throwing everything in my arms down, I turned and looked at the pair of them again. Not even bothering to hide the tears in my eyes. I hated them. I hated them both.
'I'm leaving. I am not staying here with either of you any more. Go and play happy families with your new baby!' I spat and left the room. f**k the suitcase, f**k packing.
Footsteps followed me down the stairs, and an arm grabbed hold of me, turning me quickily. I knew straight away who it was.
'Cath, Wait!' Shrugging the arm off, I turned and pushed with everything I had, Knocking him over.
'f**k you, You cunt!'
Jumping back up to his feet, Unfazed, He grabbed me again and pulled me into the living room. What, He wants privacy now?
'Please, Wait'...
Johnny's P.O.V
'Let go of me, NOW!' She yelled loudly, but I didn't want her mother to hear us, So, I quickly let go of her arm.
'Please, Just wait a minute, Let me explain'. Shaking her head, she just snorted a laugh.
'Explain what? You're still f*****g my mum and knocked her up!'.
'Shhhh!'
This was too risky to talk about in the house, Telling her to come with me, We headed outside to the porch. Praying that she will be a bit quieter in public.
'Look, We didn't plan it, Ok!'
'You shouldn't still be sleeping with her if you're sleeping with me!' Ok, She had a point, but still.
'She's my wife!'
'Right, and I'm nothing to you.. am I?'
'You know that's not true!'.She tried to walk away again, But I grabbed hold of her and pulled her back. 'Cath, I don't want a baby, and I certainly don't want one with your mum, I don't love her!'. Her eyebrows scrunched up in confusion, I could see there was a lot of emotions running around in her head, she didn't know what to say.
'So, Why is she pregnant if you don't love her Johnny?'
'It just happened, We were drunk, We weren't safe.. it just happened'. Shaking her head again, She put her hands on her hips... So much like her mother.
'Whatever, its all just lies!'
'What's that meant to mean?'
'Nothing. Now get out of my way, I'm going to Ollies'.
'Like hell you are!!'
'Are you going to stop me?' I bit the inside of my cheek. After what I just caught them doing, she was going nowhere near him!
'I love you Cath'. It took her a moment to react, but when she did, the look on her face showed she didn't believe me. 'I mean it, I'm only still here because of you, If I left, we would never see each other again, I'm not losing you, I love you'.
'Oh shut up! You selfish pig!' I deserved that, but this time, when she tried to leave again, I let her. I told her how I feel and she rejected me... Maybe this is how she felt every time she saw ...or heard me with her mother. It f*****g hurt!
I just watched her go, I'd already lost her...
