Axel came out after a quick shower and looked at Jona in a set of loose white sweatpants and a shirt. He protested when she'd insisted on washing up first because she was sweaty, saying he didn't mind, but he had to give her time, thinking perhaps she needed a few minutes alone, and knew it was better to take a shower himself after having traveled for more than eleven hours.
His wait was over as his eyes darted up at Axel in the semi-dark room. Whilst Axel was in the shower, he had lit some scented candles and pulled open the curtains of big pane windows from where they could see the twinkle of the city and the height of the skyscrapers in the night.
