It is in our DNA that our lifespans are shorter than the normal human because of the effect of the pills. Poor kid. She really needs to get a great life far from these people. I sigh at the thought that I would need to escape again, but with a baby at hand. I managed to get more pills, and David has been taking it as much as I do. He says it helps him a lot too, yet he knows the consequences of it. I still keep thinking about that lady and her crazy cult. Now that I have seen what they do up there, I can just clearly imagine the scenes over and over again as I hear them each morning and whenever they decide to go weep again.
