Soft fingers were caressing his cheeks when Ethan woke up, moving around the map of his face, tracing his features with a touch light as feathers.
His lips turned up in a lazy smile as his eyes fluttered open, and Ethan looked at Scarlett, lying down beside him, her body turned completely toward him, her finger on the bridge of his nose.
