Eliza’s POV:
It had been two days since Jason and I had last spoke. Jason had gone for a run after our conversation while I went upstairs to get my suitcase.
Once there, I saw Jess went to great lengths to get Alexia to bed. I don’t really remember how, but in the end, I went to sleep in Jason’s bed with Alexia. Neither Jason nor Jess said anything about it. Jess had driven home the next day to get clothes for Alexia and herself, while Jason had locked himself in his office.
