My Journal - July 15, 2004I'm writing this during an unwanted break from Gaia in the afternoon. I hope to have time to add more later. After a larger meal than I had planned for, and a few rounds of drinks, Gaia and I returned to the beach and the towels that we had left there. By then, the sun was high in the sky and the heat of the day had risen also. We both donned sunglasses to ward off the searing light, and assumed our positions of sun worshippers. But this time we intertwined our hands and rested in the comfort of the shared embrace. The day became hotter and hotter.
