At the library, I juggled five heavy books and Kento rushed up to me taking most of them to an empty table. "Where do you wish to start?" Kento neatly stacked the books by subject across the table. "History and Theory have always been my favorites." I wrinkled my nose. "Those are right after I get familiar with my magical math class." And as crazy as it seemed, I did want to do well and fit into this magical world. This was what I had wanted all of my life - until I found out my real mom had absorbed dark magic - and how it festered inside me. "Magical math?" Kento tilted his head to the side.
