ARIA “Hi, Savon. What are you doing here? I wasn’t expecting you.” I stood at the gate. My fingers still curled around the handle, and my heart skipped in a way I could not immediately explain. I wasn't expecting him, and seeing him meant just one thing. He was here for his answer. “Yeah, I know,” he replied, shifting slightly on his feet. “I hope this is not a bad time.” “No. Not at all,” I said quickly. “I almost missed your call, though. I’m glad I didn’t.” “I’m glad too,” he said with a small smile. I returned the smile, but even as I did, something felt off.
