I hoped Ava would let me stay the night, but she wasn't ready for that, and I respected her wishes. When I got home, I showered and laid in my bed. I grabbed my phone and noticed all the missed calls and text messages.
Since Ava and I arrived at the fair, my phone was going off. Every once in a while, I would check it, and it was Brittany. Eleven missed calls and a crapload of text messages. However, there was a message from Caleb.
Caleb: you knocked Brittany up and dumped her? Wtf man.
Me: I broke up with her before she told me she was pregnant. Her being pregnant won't change how I feel.
I knew Caleb wouldn't respond because he was on a plane right now, but I hope Brittany doesn't come between my relationship with my brother. I decided I would see what Brittany wanted.
