Marissa's POV We enjoyed the night with my parents. I can see my mother looking longingly at me as if she wants to be with me but cannot. My father keeps touching my hand as if to ensure I am there. I know now that they want me and are forced to stay away from me. I know I did not trust them, which was wrong of me. I should learn to trust people.
