After the semi-finals, the members of the ten best academies were all given another test before being allowed into the Sky Pavilion Tower to have a chance at fighting for who would come out on top as the best.
The test, however, was simply for the participants to break through to the King Ascension Realm, as a person who was still at the King Activation Realm would not be able to survive the harsh terrain of the Sky Pavilion Tower. This was mostly because monitoring some parts of the Tower was difficult, and if something went wrong, someone with a little extra strength would be expected to survive. However, incidents of students dying within the Tower still occurred, and a better solution had yet to be found to fix the situation.
