Today is Monday, and everything has returned to normal. I'm in desperate need of a getaway. They haven't said when the Christmas vacation will begin.
I'm sitting in Mr. Holland's class, but none of it is making an impact on me. I look out the window, and it is now fall. I enjoy sprinting down the street while it is raining and there is a stream of leaves. I moaned in frustration and looked across at my seatmate to see whether he was bored as well.
