Time flew by fast and soon; it was time for lunch-break. Flora found quiet corner, enjoying her meal when Soobin came a joined, he ‘why is he here?’ she mumbled to herself in a low tone that he couldn’t hear her. “What are you mumbling about?” he asked her “who? Me?” she says while feigning ignorance. “No, the ghost seated right next to you” his tone laced with sarcasm. “Oh, in that case the ghost should answer you then” she replied. “You know I was joking right?” he said with a smile revealing his cute dimples and Flora felt her heart skip a beat. “nothing” she replied to his previous question. “But I saw your lips moving” he says “why were you looking at my lips?” she deadpanned “never mind, it’s okay that I am sitting next to you?” “Why do you want to sit next to me?” There was a long silence before Soobin replied “could you teach me math, during the class you were on fire” “thanks for the compliment but you know life is give and take, if I teach you math? What would I gain?” “I can take you to a lot of places in Seoul.” “I will think about it” she says
Break time soon ended and both headed to class ‘wow, he is so cute, can’t believe he wants me to tutor him’
Before they day ended, their homeroom teacher had switched their seats so Flora became acquainted with her new seatmate called Cheongna.
A folded paper lands on Flora’s desk, she opens it ‘to flora, make up your mind fast, I am getting impatient, yours truly, Soobin’ ‘ha-ha, ok, I’ll tell you after school’ was her reply. The paper landed on Nara’s desk before she passed it on to Soobin. Flora didn’t miss the look Nara gave her-as if she was shipping them. ‘Dear God’ Flora sighed.
