Kevin Versus The Rampage Brothers.

Gregor and Xavier turned to Kevin. Gregor smirked, still panting. “You really chose the perfect moment to make an entrance, huh?” Kevin munched on a handful of popcorn. “Uhm… don’t mind me. I got a bit hungry—went to the cafeteria for a refill. Found myself lost. Then I heard some loud rustling, so I followed it... and here we are.” He pointed at the Vessel stepping out of the scorched flames—completely unharmed. Kevin froze, popcorn slipping from his fingers. “This is… the weirdo? But... I know her. She looks just like—” A flicker of memory struck him: his old friend from a world long gone. Suddenly, the girl’s uniform burned away in patches from the heat. Every eye turned toward her in a mix of awe and shock. In a blur, Kevin dashed forward. He removed his shirt mid-air and wrapped it around her gently, shielding her modesty. “When did he—? I couldn’t even see the movement,” Xavier whispered, stunned. “His speed... it’s out of this world.” “Hey! Careful!” the head girl shouted. “That same girl nearly killed us minutes ago!” Kevin softly landed, the girl in his arms trembling. He looked into her eyes. Tears streamed silently down her cheeks. “Who made you cry?” he asked gently. “Seriously?! That’s your question right now?” the head girl barked, waving her hand. “Memory Erase!” Kevin’s eyes rolled up as the spell hit. “Why’d you do that?!” Xavier snapped. “He pissed me off,” the head girl muttered. “Where’s Femi?” “I’m right here!” Femi called, stepping out from behind rubble, wielding a giant hammer. “I was, uh… looking for an opening.” “Coward,” the head girl scoffed. Then— “Forgotten something?” Kevin’s voice echoed calmly. Everyone turned. Kevin was standing again, brushing dust from his arms. “Wait—how… you still remember?!” Xavier stared at the head girl in disbelief. “But I… erased your memory…” she whispered, wide-eyed. --- Elsewhere, in Traffic... “Hello? Have you reached there yet?” Mr. Kolade’s voice barked from the communicator. “No, sir,” the messenger replied. “Traffic at the bridge’s backed up completely.” Oscar yawned. “Tell him to send a chopper. Or should we fly ourselves?” He side-eyed Hogan, who was snoring. The messenger relayed the message. “Mr. Kolade is dispatching a helicopter to pick us up,” she reported. “Good. But you’re not coming,” Oscar smiled politely. “No need to ruin your day. Enjoy the car’s A/C. What we’re walking into isn’t exactly friendly.” She nodded nervously. --- Back at School… Everyone within the black cube stood frozen by what they just witnessed. Kevin—immune to memory erasure. Calm. Dangerous. Mysterious. “You don’t need to act so high and mighty just because you resisted a little spell,” Femi muttered. Kevin smiled faintly. “I only feel high and mighty when I earn it.” He stretched out his hand. That’s when Feyi’s voice rang out, muffled from outside the black cube. “Kevin!” He turned—eyes widening. Feyi was slamming her palms against the cube’s surface, already faintly transparent from the shock earlier. “What are you doing in there?! Why did you leave me all of a sudden?!” Kevin stared, guilt in his eyes. Safiya stepped forward coldly. “You better turn your sorry attention away before someone gets hurt.” Kevin looked down at his palm, his voice low. “I didn’t ask for this… I never wanted any of this. But danger, secrets, and pain—that’s the world we’re in. The only way to balance it is to be true to who we are.” He looked back at Feyi. “You never give up.” A glowing, sparkling green sphere formed in Kevin’s palm—radiant, swirling with power. Everyone froze. “Is that…?” the head girl whispered, awe in her voice. Gregor’s eyes widened. “NO—DON’T—!” BOOM! The sphere exploded with a flash of ambient green light, engulfing everyone inside and out. --- Minutes Later... Firefighters arrived. Sirens wailed. One approached the police near the wrecked building. “Whoa. That’s one hell of a mess. You found any suspects yet?” The officer scratched his head. “Suspect? I… don’t even remember how I got here.” “What?” the firefighter blinked. Kevin walked over, calm as ever. “Sorry, officer. Someone tried a crazy acid experiment. Caused a chain reaction. Fire broke out. It’s under control now—but you should hurry before it spreads.” “Oh… uh, thanks kid.” The firefighter walked off confused, casting one last glance at the dazed officers. Kevin spotted Feyi across the crowd, chatting with her friends. He smiled and began walking toward her—then paused. WHIRRRR... A helicopter landed in the distance. Out stepped the messenger, followed by Hogan and Oscar. They looked around, confused—but quickly sensed something was off. This wasn’t the chaotic battlefield they expected. Kevin vanished to a rooftop above, watching silently. --- “Where’s that kid?” a firefighter asked. “He was just here…” On the roof, Kevin’s hands trembled. Sweat rolled down his brow. No... It’s them. Memories flooded back—thugs, torture, defeat. “They’re the ones... The source of everything that went wrong in my old life… and with my friend.” Down below, Gregor and his team wandered in confusion. “What happened here? Where’s the Vessel?” the messenger demanded. Gregor blinked. “Vessel? What Vessel?” “Don’t play dumb! Principal Kolade gave you orders to capture—” “I don’t even remember coming to school today…” Gregor whispered. “What happened to the building?” The messenger’s face went pale. She turned to Hogan and Oscar. “Something went very wrong. Tell Kolade. Now.” Oscar nodded. “Go. We’ll handle the rest.” The messenger ran off. Oscar scanned the rubble—then stopped. Someone was watching. “Kevin. That’s your name, right?” he said. Hogan turned too. “So we finally meet the boy who tormented us… even in our dreams.” Kevin appeared behind them calmly. “We meet again, Hogan. Oscar.” Oscar smirked. “Our dreams remembered you full of grief. Seeing you now feels unreal… yet unforgettable.” Kevin’s fists tightened. He took a fleeting glance at Feyi across the field. “I thought you knew me from the old world—not your dreams.” He stared at them. “You both... ruined everything. My body still remembers every nightmare you planted in me—every torment. But not this time. I’ll break the circle.” Oscar stepped forward, his eyes glowing violet. “Then let’s relive the dream together.” Suddenly, Hogan was in front of Kevin—no warning. His eyes were like steel. BOOM! Kevin flew through the air from a thunderous punch, breath knocked out of him. Feyi paused mid-laugh with her friends. She turned slowly. “…Where’s Kevin?” --- Above... Kevin floated mid-air, balancing on invisible force. “They’re stronger than before… Wasn’t expecting this.” Oscar levitated beside Hogan, both their auras glowing. “Nice of you to give us the whole arena,” Oscar smirked. Thunder rumbled. The clouds darkened, swirling into a massive vortex. Kevin drew a deep breath. “Alright. No more questions.” Hogan charged, fist raised. Kevin blocked it—barely. The shockwave slammed into him, hurling him backward. Before he could recover, Oscar struck again, the impact echoing across the sky. BOOM! Kevin coughed, staggering. “They’re faster… stronger. What happened to them?” “You gonna fight back or just take a beating?” Hogan mocked. Kevin’s eyes flared green. “Not this time.” He extended his hand. Twin butterfly swords materialized, glowing with green auroras. He flew forward—clashed blades with Hogan in mid-air. Steel screamed. Then—bam!—a clone of Kevin appeared in front of Oscar, punching him high into the sky. Oscar crashed into the moon’s edge like a meteor. Hogan gasped. “A clone?” Kevin smirked. “That’s just the beginning.” He dematerialized one sword and struck Hogan in the chest with his palm. BOOM! Hogan shot skyward, crashing next to Oscar with a massive crater on the moon’s surface. “You’re incredible, kid…” Hogan chuckled, catching his breath. Kevin hovered, eyes glowing. “This is just a favor... to end this madness, quietly.”
