Jesse walks over, crossing the distance in a few long strides. His gaze meets mine briefly as though he is checking he isn't interrupting anything, and I shake my head slightly.
He's not.
Hayden drops his hands then, moving back as Jesse drapes his arm around me casually, murmuring in my ear as he does.
"Are you alright?"
I slide my arm around his waist, trying not to jump when my hand touches his bare skin above his jeans. I move it quickly, instead resting it on his leather jacket. He smells heavenly, and I turn my gaze back to see Hayden sipping his beer.
