Loyrane couldn't help but feel confused by the statement that Meg had just said. Yes, she gave away the map but as she had explained, she didn't know that the inhumans were going to use it for their own purposes so he didn't see why she had to blame herself. This in mind, he decided to inform the citizens and everyone what he knew so that no more damage is done because only heavens know what will happen if they land on the alken stone.

Meg hadn't told Loyrane about the stone because she didn't see the need to because it didn't look like anything of importance though its surface was enough to know that its expensive though some selfish part of her told her to keep it to herself for now at least and so she did. She looked at Loyrane who's head was tilted up like he was deep in thought and she took that time to take a look at his mask which was a deep dark black color with some blue dots at the left side and some net like structure that looked like a filter and her eyes moved to his clothes that change everyday and this amused her since she thought he doesn't shower.

No offense but that's what she thought since almost his clothes were the same so it was hard to differentiate the new from the old. The clothes were just plain black though they had some glittering at the ends and his shoes were big and huge that if they stepped on your leg it would get crushed and this had Meg wondering how he managed to move in it because it seemed heavy.

She looked back at his face or mask and something different greeted her. Gone were the net like structure and so were the blue dots and instead it was plain black and a its like it was becoming transparent and her jaw dropped because of shock. Sure she was curious to know what he looked like but not once did she imagine him doing it without her telling him.

Loyrane felt Meg's eyes on him and he wondered for a moment if he should remove his mask but some part of his told him that she would react just like the others and he decided against it so he instead made transform itself and it turned into the mask that covered his face from below the eyes so that only the eyes were seen and the reaction of Meg would be the one to determine if he should show her his full face.

Meg's eyes widened more if it was possible when he saw that Loyrane's mask had transformed into a more beautiful one than the scary one he had on before. It was black tok though it gave him this bad boy vibe and this made her feel giddy for some reason and when she looked in his eyes, her legs felt like jelly and she couldn't help but grin at the fact that although Loyrane didn't show his full face, the parts he had shown her were enough to tell her that they were getting somewhere.

His eyes were not like the inhuman's. They were golden red and you could mistake them for those of a dragon and his white hair added to his beauty and Meg couldn't help but wonder how it was possible for him to have such wonderful hair and his skin looked like a human's though the ears gave him away because they were slightly pointed at the ends and she muttered beautiful unknowingly since she was still in a daze and this made Loyrane smile because he didnt expect to receive such a compliment.

He had expected her to run or faint but instead she stared at him like he was someone worth her attention. He decided to tease her about her muttering " beautiful" and the blush that covered her cheeks made his smile grow though Meg couldn't see it. Meg was more than embarrassed at herself for saying out the word beautiful out loud.

She had never thought that boys were beautiful. She found them hot and cool but not beautiful and she was more than embarrassed that she felt like hiding in a corner but there was no way she would pass via Loyrane so she decided to play it off and thankfully Loyrane went along.

That night Meg slept at the bot because she was tired and Loyrane didn't want her to move at night since the inhumans were most likely hunting at that time and they had slept after Loyrane had promised to tell her and others why the inhumans had come on earth and they both hoped that the people believed them.

The chirping of the birds woke Meg up and she tensed when she found herself in an unfamiliar bed that but she relaxed when she remembered that she was in Loyrane's bot and this made her smile thinking about how kind he is because she remembered passing out on the floor so it must have been him who brought her on the bed. Though it wasn't that comfortable but she was grateful and she wondered where her alien had gone while some voice in her started teasing her about how she's getting possessive of him and she just sang a song to distract herself from those thoughts.

She found Loyrane cooking in the kitchen and she wondered how he managed to surprise her just when she thought she had him figured out. She walked up to him and sat on some stool shaped thing assuming that it was where one was supposed to sit and she stared at him while he was cooking and smiling brightly when he kept glancing at her.

When the food was ready, she ate it and closed her eyes at the heavenly taste and she couldn't even imagine how Loyrane learnt to cook when even she, herself didn't know and she felt ashamed that she didn't know. She had not given cooking a lot of time since she spent most of the day outside and when she came back, she was tired so there was no time for her to learn and she now wished that she did know so that Loyrane could taste her food too.

After, Loyrane and Meg set off for Middle heart where everyone had gathered to be briefed by the protectors and Meg couldn't be more grateful since they didn't have to go and call the people themselves. When they arrived, everyone looked at them and the protectors introduced them while some children cried at the sight of Loyrane and Meg felt like slapping the kids but she refrained herself though she was still angry.

Loyrane could notice the change in Meg's mood when the children cried when he stepped up on the podium and honestly he couldn't blame them because he also knew that he was scary so he didn't mind at all and more so he was used to it. He cleared his throat and told the citizens to keep quiet until he finished what he wanted to say and the questions would be asked later.

And so he began speaking all the while holding Meg's hand for some sort of reassurrance to her since he could sense that she was nervous. And so he began telling them everything from the beginning.

"This incident that is happening has happened to most of the planets outside space though not severe like here. This is happening because of the fact that hybrids were born and by this I mean that the aliens co habited with other type of aliens that were not allowed to breed or give birth to kids landed on a planet that had been restored for the aliens that were power hungry and those that didn't fit in the society so that there can never be war and that was how it was until the space ship from earth collapsed on that planet and then the outcome was that both the group of aliens made an agreement to fight for their freedom because they believed that they are prisoners. So when that happened, they resulted to giving birth to hybrids because the aliens were not of the same type and so the kids were weak and they needed fresh blood to survive. At first, they captured other aliens in order to quench the thirst of those alien kids but it wasn't enough for them and the more they drank blood, the more powerful they became so the parents of those aliens saw it to their advantage and used the kids to capture other planets and ours was captured too. But my parents sent me to earth to collect something from this planet that they believed would wipe out those hybrids who are called the inhumans. I packed but when I had just set off, the inhumans noticed and they decided to follow me to stop me but I managed to hide. So that's why they are hunting your animals and are taking plants because they need to feed to become strong. And if my assumption is right, the inhumans will be departing a few days from now to report to their leader because this planet has all the suitable resources they need and they will come back if they are given the orders and that means you will be wiped out. So I suggest we work together to overcome these inhumans" Loyrane said getting confident as he went by and he was surprised that no one interrupted him and he was grateful and by the time he was done, everyone nodded in understanding and others began bringing suggestions and even Meg who was nervous at first was beaming now.

The protectors listened to this careful and one of them remembered something that his grandfather told him before he passed away and he told others hoping it would help and they looked into it as the protectors before information others because they didn't know if they should trust the alien though they needed his help.

Meg congratulated Loyrane and her parents did too and as for Lily, she went and extra mile and hugged him peepering him with showers every minute and this made Meg's blood boil in anger at her sisters antics.

The next day, everyone gathered again at middle heart with everything they beleieve could kill the inhumans and Meg was grateful for the efforts her people were putting in. That night she slept at Loyrane's place again and it wasn't easy too because Lily kept pestering her to take her along with him but she pretended that she was too tired to head out and Lily went out of her room stomping her feet and Meg rolled her eyes at her sister.

She had to be careful to stay away from Lily the next few days if she didn't want her to invade her personal space with Loyrane. She didn't know if it was jealous or something else that she was becoming possessive but she didn't care because she found him first well Lily did but she spoke to him first.

That same day, they made poison and mixed it with animals blood to test if they could kill the inhumans and hid up high in the trees to see if it will work and they could only hope it did or at least hurt them a bit
