LYRA’S POV
“Jasper!” Aurora’s mother, Luna Estelle said as soon as he stepped in. “How are you doing, my boy?” She asked after they shared a hug. “I haven’t seen you in so long.”
I was relegated to the background and Jasper took centre stage. It was my first time watching Jasper interact with anyone that wasn’t in our immediate friends group.
“I am alright, Auntie. Welcome to the pack.” He spoke respectfully and turned to my parents. “Thank you for having me.”
Jasper found a spot by the corner, slipping into his brood until an intimidating feeling pressed into my chest. My father got up from his seat and approached the door.
“Alpha King. Welcome to Blackwood Pack.” Alpha Jones said with a bow and the rest of us followed suit.
