Jeriah looked at his phone as another partner called and sighed. At some point or another, all of his girls had gotten overly attached, so he needed to begin to refresh his list. Answering the phone, he listened to her talk for a time before hanging up again. When his phone rang again, he was surprised at the caller.
“Hey gorgeous, I was starting to wonder if you’d call me back.” Jeriah said cheery as always. “You still game for tomorrow?”
“Yeah, Mister Coster. I already told you I’d be there.” Trinity sounded normal again, voice sharp as always. “Thanks for confirming though. I’m surprised you didn’t try to trick me with something like ‘oh no the crew couldn’t make it, so it’s just me and you, babe’.”
“Oh, damn. I could have done that, huh?” He replie
