Hannah was alone in the lab, blissfully alone. The Legion scientists had retired to the rooms they had been assigned, Bryant grumbling because the room he had occupied previously was now taken by Andy. With so many people added to the mix, many of the Legion had been bunked down in the mine complex. They were being watched. Just because they said they were there to help fix the mess they had made didn’t mean they were trusted.
Hannah had agreed to let Tara bunk in her room. She couldn’t justify keeping the room to herself, seeing as it had two single beds, though that meant there was little chance for privacy anywhere in the compound.
