Chapter Six “I thought we planned everything already,” I say as Julia hurries along a corridor, dragging us behind her. “Just double-checking we’re all on the same page about everything.” She tries the handle of the first classroom we come across and finds it unlocked. “It hasn’t exactly been easy coordinating everything when the three of us live in different parts of the world.” She pulls us inside the classroom and leaves the door ajar. “This is creepy,” Livi says. “We need light.” She fumbles against the wall for a few seconds before finding the light switch. The fluorescent tube lights ping and flicker and eventually remain on. “Okay, let’s get down to business.” Julia sits and places her phone on the desk in front of her.
