Chapter Ten
Half the ladies have left and the remainder are lounging on the picnic blankets as Livi and I carry glasses and plates inside and get started on washing up. My phone vibrates in my pocket while I’m busy loading the dishwasher, but I manage to keep from checking it until I’m done.
LuminaireX: Remember I told you about VAU Art Con? The one being held in Rome next year? And how there was a competition for people to win tickets?
Smiling to myself, I take a seat at the kitchen table while Livi heads back outside.
