Inside the Light Shadow Pack main house, a long table was set with a variety of meat, vegetables, and fruits. Nuts have been placed on a separate plate and glasses were filled with red, black, and orange color liquids.
Alpha Reid sat on the far end of the table. On each side sat his children, Alpha Princess Darlene, Alpha Prince Seth, and Alpha Prince Manuel. The quiet atmosphere was quickly filled with tension the moment one of them spoke.
“I want to join the mission.”
It was Alpha Prince Manuel who apparently talked.
Both his siblings turned to him in surprise while Alpha Reid gave him a sharp glance.
“What mission?” Alpha Reid asked.
The youngest prince, aged 18, said with determination, “The Midnight Seven. I heard they will return in a few days. Alpha, I want to join–”
