Conan asked, "So what?" Monna replied, "Nothing, she had some work today, so she didn't come early and also took a half-day leave." Conan thought to himself, "No, there's something else going on." Then, looking at the two of them, he said, "You both go; I'll get Jenny's test done later." Now, Monna also went off with Milly, pouting, to get the blood test done.
Twenty minutes later, Jenny arrives at the college and goes straight to Monna, saying, "Sorry, I got stuck in traffic." Monna pouted, showing her hand and said with a tearful face, "That grouch took a whole bottle of my blood." Hearing this, Jenny said, "But why did he take so much blood? It was just one test, right?" Milly, sitting next to them, said, "She's exaggerating; the bottle wasn't even the size of a finger." Hearing this, Jenny hit Monna on the head and said, "You silly girl, you scared me." Monna replied, "You know, giving blood is like giving my life." Then Monna thought for a moment and said, "When we were talking in class, was that grouch there?" Jenny replied, "No, no one was there." Monna said, "Then why did he say it was like a punishment to me? I didn't even make any mistake." Then, crying, she said, "I didn't even do anything wrong." Jenny placed Monna's head on her shoulder, comforting her like a child, saying, "Oh, my baby, don't cry. Look, I brought you chocolate." Seeing them like this, Milly was holding her stomach laughing, and those around were staring at them wide-eyed.
A girl came to Jenny and said, "Jenny, Conan sir is calling you." Monna, seeing her walk away, said, "Yes, he mentioned he would take your test later when you arrive." Jenny replied, "Okay, I'm going. You eat this chocolate and don't cry." Saying this, she left.
In Conan's cabin...
Jenny took a deep breath at the door and then knocked. Conan's voice came, "Come in." Jenny slowly opened the door and entered. Seeing her, Conan said, "Jenny, you sit over there; I'll call the doctors who will conduct your test." Jenny sat on the sofa and started looking at her phone.
Conan looked at her, then picked up the phone in his cabin and said, "Hello, Miss Kia, please bring those doctors to my cabin." Saying this, he hung up the call. He looked at Jenny and, while working, said, "Michael was telling me last night that your health wasn't good."
Jenny paused her phone activity but didn't look at him, then continued on her phone and said, "Yes, it wasn't, but then I got better." Conan asked, "Then why didn't you come?" Jenny looked up from her phone at Conan, and Conan was also looking at her. Without any emotion, Jenny said, "Because there is no reason to come there anymore, nor any person."
Hearing this, Conan was about to say something when Kia entered the cabin with the doctors who had come to conduct the blood test. Conan said nothing and clenched his fists so tightly that his nails dug into his palms.
In a short while, Jenny's test was completed. One of the doctors approached Conan and said, "Sir, this result will be a bit delayed because we sent all the other samples for testing, but this one is still pending." Conan just nodded his head.
As Jenny got up to leave, Conan stopped her and asked, "Why did you take a half-day leave today?" Without looking at him, Jenny replied, "I don't think it's necessary to tell you." Saying this, she left. Watching Jenny leave, Conan muttered to himself, "Where did your laughter, that lovely smile, and that childishness go?" Saying this, he angrily threw his files to the floor.
Meanwhile, in the middle of Redwood Forest, the OC Research Lab was visible. A group of people with their faces covered and wielding strange weapons were approaching the lab. Suddenly, one man fell to the ground with a scream. The others looked around with their weapons ready, but they couldn't see anyone. One man said, "There's no one around, then why did you scream?" As he looked at the man lying on the ground, he was shocked because the man had turned completely blue within seconds and died.
Seeing this, the man exclaimed, "It's poison!" Everyone was shocked and started looking around. Just then, a girl dressed in black with a mask on her face leaned against a tree and said, "What's the matter? You recognized me so easily."
Without thinking, the men started firing their weapons at her. When they looked again, the girl had fallen to the ground. They laughed, and one man said, "Well, one less enemy for the boss." Their leader said, "Go check if she's really dead or alive." As one man approached her, he was shocked and said, "Boss, this isn't her." The others gathered around and asked, "What do you mean?" The man replied, "Boss, this is a dummy, not a real person. We've been fooled."
The boss said, "Let's go quickly; we don't have any more bullets for this weapon." As they were leaving, Rocky appeared in front of them and said, "Are you going to leave so easily? At least talk to me for a while." Seeing this, they looked at Rocky with fear, and within moments, all their bodies were lying on the ground.
Just then, Rocky received a message. He looked at the message, which said, "Man, how long will you keep sacrificing my poor dummy? Do something on your own for once." There were also teasing emojis. Seeing this, Rocky clenched his teeth and wrote back, "Do your job properly, or else you might end up among these bodies." Saying this, he walked away.
