Everly distracted herself with her lessons during the day. And during the small intervals between classes; she did her assignments, worked on a project with a partner and even started studying- preparing for the beginning of her final exams for the semester. Which were starting just the following week. She was down, but in her own way she tried to at least have a productive day.
She plugged ear buds in immediately after her general politics class, with hopes that music could at least lift her spirits a bit.
She hadn't gotten a chance to even listen to a full song, when she felt something grabbing her arm and pulling her to a stop. Or a someone,rather. Ashley stood next to her, waiting for her to get rid of the hearing barrier in her ear.
