"Okay," she found herself unintentionally whispering. Then cleared her throat as an attempt for better voice projection.
"I totally understand and I won't stand in your way."
She took a few steps towards the door.
And with every passing moment, she found herself wishing that she was already out of it.
She didn't know what exactly she would do once she was, or even how she would deal with the bomb that had just been dropped on her.
