The house goes pitch black for a second, the flames of the lamps and candles turning on in a wave again. Luca yelps and kicks the chair away from the desk when the room is brightly lit again, pulling the attention of the group. “Wow, that’s nuts.” Olivia whispers, taking a step back carefully, trying to navigate through the books and papers that now littered the ground.                    The desk, previously spotless and neat, was now chaotic with books, newspaper clippings and papers.
