Kabanata 22 : Doomed

Celestia's Point of View

“Tyrio, now.” Mariing saad ni Zacchaeus. Matapos niyon ay parang tumigil ang oras at namalayan ko na lang na wala na kami sa lugar na iyon.

“I'll take care of you girls.” Saad ni Soren. I worriedly looked back at where Zacchaeus and the others were left.

“How about them?” Alalang tanong ni Geordi.

“They can handle it.” Saad ni Soren. Tumingin siya sa malayo bago tumalikod. “Let's go.”

Sumunod kami sa paglalakad niya. Mabibigat ang bawat hakbang ko.

Nag-aalala ako kay Zacchaeus! Ito ang pinaka-unang pagkakataon na nakita ko siyang maging seryoso. Kinakabahan ako lalo na at hindi ako sanay na nakikipaglaban siya!

“Kaya nila yun, Celestia.” Geordi held my hand tightly. I nodded at her at sumunod na kay Soren.

“Lintek talaga ang mga dark enchanters na yun!” Maktol ni Soren habang naglalakad.

“Paano tayo nasundan?” Tanong ni Geordi.

Nagkibit balikat siya at sinabayan kami sa paglalakd.

“Daya niyang Zacchaeus mo ah? Hindi man lang ako pinalaban.” Nakangusong saad niya. Tiningnan ko lang siya dahil wala ako mood para makipagbiruan.

My Zacchaeus is in the middle of a dangerous fight!

“Tch. Tigilan mo nga yan.” Saway ni Geordi.

“Haay! Gusto ko talaga mag-unat ng buto. Kainis talaga yang si Zacchaeus.”

Nagpatuloy kami sa paglalakad at hindi ko na alam kay Soren kung saan ito patitungo kaya nagtanong na ako.

“Ilang minuto na ah? Saan ba tayo pupunta?”

“I...don't know. Aish! Tigil muna tayo dito para magpahinga. I'm sure makikita nila tayo.” Saad niya at tumigil para maupo sa isang ugat ng puno.

Sumunod kami sa kaniya at naupo din. “Aaaaah. I really want to fight.”

Umismid sa kaniya si Geordi. I looked at the root blankly.

Sana ligtas sila.

“Are they really safe?” Tanong ko muli.

“Yeah. Nandoon si Noe at Zacchaeus. I'm sure they can handle—hey! You okay?” I nodded at him.

“Na naman Celestia!” Alalang sigaw ni Geordi. Umiling lang ako sa kanila.

Pero mas lalong umikot ang paningin ko. My breathing hitched. I can feel the beads of sweat forming on my forehead.

“Hey...hey...” Tinapik-tapik nila ang pisngi ko. Kumapit ako kay Soren bago pa man magdilim ang paningin ko.

Sobrang bilis ng lahat. Matapos magdilim ang paligid ay sunod-sunod na lumabas ang mga imahe. Imahe ng mga naka-itim na tao. Nagtatago sa bawat puno at papalapit sa kinatatayuan namin.

“Ah!” Sigaw ko ng bumalik sa normal ang paghinga inalalayan nila ako at pinaupo ng ayos.

“Are you okay?” Tanong nila. Umiling ako at itinuro ang mga puno.

“T-They're hiding.” Putol-putol kong saad. Huminga ako ng malalim at umupo ng ayos.

“Who? A-Anong sinasabi mo? Sina Aramis ba?” Naguguluhang tanong ni Geordi.

“Pagalawin mo ang mga puno.” Saad ko kay Soren. Kumunot ang noo niya bagi humarap sa mga puno.

Iginalaw niya ang kamay niya at awtomatikong gumalaw lahat ng puno.

“Wala naman ah?” He asked. Umiling ako at tumayo. My legs becomes jelly kaya napahawak akong muli kay Soren.

“No...meron...” Naglakad ako at tinungo ang isa sa pinakamalaking puno.

“Hey...okay ka lang ba talaga?” Tanong ni Geordi. I waved my hand and continue looking at the tree.

Impossible! Eh ano iyong mga nakita ko? What the hell was that?

“Hey tara na baka magalit sa akin si—s**t Celestia!” Nagulat ako ng biglang lumitaw sa harapan ko si Soren. He held my arms at sa isang iglap ay nasa harapan na kami ni Geordi.

“Nautakan tayo! They're here...” Saad ni Soren. Nanlaki ang mata ko at tumingin sa paligid. May nahagip ang mata kong gumalaw kaya kumalabog ang dibdib ko.

Then what happened to the others?! Don't tell me...

Shit!

3rd Person's Point of View

After those words escaped Zacchaeus mouth. Tyrio paused the time enough for Soren to took Celestia and Geordi out of the scene while Vito, as told he flew on the air with Zacchaeus in his hands.

Zacchaeus took advantage of the height and immediately form a wind barrier so that no one can escape the place.

“5 seconds left.” Tyrio shouted at the others.

Agad silang nagsipwesto, handa na sa pag-atake. Nang makababa sila Vito at Zacchaeus sa lupa ay saka lamang muli umandar ang oras.

Aramis immediately raised the land where the trees are planted. Soon, they heard loud groans and winces.

Tumakbo sila papalapit doon at nakita ang mga dark enchanters na nakatayo na.

“The left wing is mine!” Sage shouted.

“Akin ang sa south.” Nakangising saad ni Branwen.

They fought the dark enchanters. Beau and Tyson helping each other. Beau throwing balls of light and Tyson straightly hitting them thunder. It was chaotic yet enjoying scene for the boys.

“Woooh! Andito ako~” Pang-aasar ni Tyrio sa kalaban. The man in dark cloak groaned as Tyrio punched him straight o the chest causing him to flew up.

“Bakit lagi kayong nakablack?” Inosenteng tanong ni Noe bago patamaan nang isang bola ang kalaban. Agad itong natumba at sumabog. “Bakit nga kasi kayo naka black?” Tanong ulit niya sa kalaban.

“b***h please i'm not even moving here.” Iritang saad ni Vito. Nakahawak sa kaniyang magkabilang kamay ang dalwang dark enchanters. He immediately take their shadows away causing them to vanished.

“Hey! Don't you dare lay your dirty fingers on me.” Galit na saad ni Branwen at pinatalsik ang isang kalaban na sumuntok sa kanya.

“Need help?” Tanong ni Xiumin habang nakikipaglaban sa isang dark enchanter. Itinapat niya ang kamay dito at bigla na lamang itong nanigas at nagyelo.

“Ahh! Wag mo akong basain Zac.” Iritang saad ni Beau. Zac ignored him and continue throwing water balls to the enemy.

“Hahaha! Now, kakulay mo na si Soren.” Natatawang saad ni Sage habang pinapanood kung paano masunog ang kalaban.

“Hurry up!” Zacchaeus shouted while blowing harshed wind—Sharp wind daggers. Sa isang iglap lang ay ubos na ang kalaban.

“Hmmmm....guess what? Dark world didn't sent enough of them to kill us.” Saad ni Sean.

Tumango ang iba sa kaniya habang inililibot ang paningin. The green tress were burned. Muds are everywhere, big holes can be seen. The wind barrier was gone.

“I've noticed. They don't have any enchant. No black smoke, no black balls.” Nakakunot noong sabi ni Noe.

“Then what do you mean?” Tanong ni Beau. Zac tilted his head.

“A damn trap.” Saad ni Vito. Mabilis siyang lumipad at iginala ang tingin mula sa taas.

“We're doomed. Kaya pala hindi sila ganoon ka agresibo!” Sigaw ni Sage at agad na tumakbo para hanapin sila Soren.

“Damn! What a stupid.” Bulong ni Zacchaeus. Tumakbo siya at agad na nahawi ang mga puno na sagabal sa dinadaanan niya.

Agad na napaatras sila Noe sa lakas ng hangin na nagmumula kay Zacchaeus.

“Patay he's mad.” Bulong nito kay Sean. Umiling silang dalawa bago sumunod sa iba.

“In your west, Zacchaeus!” Vito informed them. Lumihis si Zacchaeus gaya ng sinabi ni Vito.

“Woah!” Sigaw nina Sage nang madampian sila ng hangin na nagmumula kay Zacchaeus.

“Ang lamig noon ah?” Natatawang baling niya kina Tysom.

They laughed and smirked then continue running following Zacchaeus and Vito.

Zacchaeus's Point of View

I scowled while running. They fooled us! Mauutak talaga. Just make sure to keep Celestia safe or i'll f*****g kill Soren.

I released a wind forced causing the trees to be cut in half while i am running.

Fuck! Just...Celeatia should be safe!

“Turn right!” Vito instructed. I did what he said.

After running for about a minutes. I stopped midway when i saw my girl trembling in fear. Soren and Geordi are lying on the ground.

“Clestia!” I shouted then made my way to her when someone blocked me.

“Uh-uh. Seems like the prince' trying to save her princess, huh?” He smirked at me.

“Get out of my way.” I said with conviction before throwing him fire. He dodged it but I'm not that stupid to let him just dodge my fire ball so i manipulated the land he's stepping and made a crack before putting down half of his body on the muddy soil. I throw him wind daggers that immediately made cuts on his face. “Told ya get out of my way.” I said then plastered a smirk on my face.

The man lied there unconsciously. I turned my head and run to Celestia who's now lying on the ground.

“Hey.” I tapped his cheeks lightly. “f**k Soren what happened?”

“She...got attacked.” I greeted my teeth and carried her on my arm.

“Wala na ang mga dark enchanters. They immediately escaped after showing up to Celeatia.” Saad ni Geordi. Aramis helped her standing up.

Soren used his teleportation and brought us to an old house. No one's there so i guessed staying here for awhile will be much better than sleeping on cold ground.

Ipinasok ko si Celestia sa isa sa mga kwarto at inihiga sa kama. The house looks old but not scary it just look vintage.

“Papasok!” Sigaw mula sa pinto at agad itong bumukas entering Noe and Geordi.

“Gising na siya?” I frowned at Geordi. They really are bestfriend.

“I'll heal her.” Saad ni Noe. I looked at him and shot him a warning glare.

“Don't touch too much.” I said and stood up. Noe just shrugged at me and sit beside my girl.

He then placed a hand infront of Celestia and closed his eyes. After a few minutes i've noticed that Celeatia's wound starts to heal. Tunayo si Noe at tiningnan ako.

“Done. Without any touch.” Noe said and confidently walked bwside me. “You're so jelly, Zacchaeus. Manners please mas matanda pa din kami sayo.”

I rolled my eyes at him. He just laughed at tapped my shoulders. “O'yan solohin mo na siya.” Kumindat siya sa akin and i almost throw fire balls on him. Disgusting! For goddamned sakes I'm a f*****g man then he'll winked at me?!

“Labas. Bibihisan ko si Celestia.” Utos ni Geordi may bitbit na siyang mga damit. Tiningnan ko siya ng nakakunot ang noo. “Or...gusto mo ikaw na magbihis?”

I blushed and immediately walked outside. I shut the door and calmed myself.

I can now imagine myself dressing up Celeatia! f**k these goddamn imagination. God! I'm turning to pervert. I should avoid Soren and Tyson they're influencing me.
