These interviews are going fairly well, we are trying to keep them as short as we can but we've been at this 2.5 hours and we have seen 10 newborns. Maybe we should be doing them in groups, maybe 5 newborns at a time. But we decided giving individual attention to each has been good for them i think but we have almost 80 newborns. We aren't going to get to everyone before sleep is needed. Pete, Phil, Ryder and I didn't get to go to sleep last night, im not sure how much longer any of us can keep going without rest, but we need to get these newborns somewhere to sleep.
