Levi seems to be holding his own against Billy, probably well enough to pass my assessment, but I have reservations about it. He was in the group I found. I feel responsible for him more than I do for any other newborn. He definitely has what it takes to join our warriors in training. I'm just not convinced allowing him to fight in a war zone is a good play. As I'm running scenarios in my mind, the group I left strategizing in the conference room has started to approach the training grounds.
