Right now me, my mama, and Gege are in the kitchen. We teaching my mama how to cook since she got a new "man" and he's coming over.
"Mama you did it wrong," Gege said.
"How?" My mama asked.
"You supposed to season the chicken then put it into the fryer," Gege said.
"You told me to just put flour on it," My mama said.
"Mama no she didn't she said season the food then put it in the bag shake it then season it," I said.
"Ohhhh," She said.
"Yeaaa," Gege mocked.
Ding-Dong
"I got it!" My mama yelled.
Gege rolled her eyes.
"I swear mama could cook," Gege said.
"She always ordered the food then threw the box that had the food in it away," I said.
"How you know?" She asked
"I seen her do it before," I said.
"Girls this is Audrey," My mama said coming in with a man I recognized.
"Oh hell no!" Gege yelled.
"Gege!" My mama yelled.
I was laughing too hard. I know she mad.
"Why are you dating my teacher?" Gege asked.
"That is to embarrassing," I said while laughing.
"Out of all people. How did you two meet? When did you meet? How long has this been going on?" Gege asked all these questions.
"Gege calm down. We met at the coffee shop four months ago," My mama said.
"The food will be ready in a few minutes," Gege said.
"Come on we can go to the dining room," My mama said.
So they left, so I thought I should tell Gege about the kiss.
"Gege I gotta tell you something," I said.
"Tell me," She said.
"So you know earlier when I went to go get the food?" I asked.
"Yea," She said.
"So I seen Trey," I said.
She stopped what she was doing and looked at me.
"What happened?" She asked.
"Well we were talking and like every time we said something we became close to each other," I said.
"Then?" She said.
"I kissed him my body was saying yes! yes! yes! but it felt so wrong but good at the same time," I said.
"Ooh my sister miss her baby," She said.
"I do a little," I said with a shrug.
"Mhm come help me bring this food out there," She said.
So she made fried chicken, mash potatoes, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. We came in their to my mama and Audrey kissing.
"Why not just get married to ruin my life even more," Gege said.
I laughed at her.
"Girl be quite, and thank you for making this food." My mama said.
"You're welcome," She said.
"So Nia, where are the seniors going?" Audrey asked.
"We are going to Los Angeles," I said.
"How many of you are going?" My mama asked.
"Mama, all of the seniors," I said.
"Ok," She said.
The rest of dinner went smoothly. Gege was panicking and asking all sorts of questions. Right now I'm taking a shower, after I got out of the shower I put my lotion on then I put on a red tank top, black boy shorts, and red socks. I laid down.

I cannot go to sleep! It's 1 in the morning and I laid down at 11. Then I got a text.
Trey: U still up?
Me: Yea I can't go to sleep, is Jasmine keeping u up?
Trey: No I'm up because I can't stop thinking about u
