Chapter Two Voice

Raven

It’s already lunch so I decided to stay at the back of our Department building wherein I know I can relax and refresh my mind with the beautiful scenery that I can see. I really love the fresh air here. I’m learning to love this school. I’m just waiting for the girl that I really love that is why I’m here at this school. I want her back in my life and I will do everything to get her back.

I close my eyes and breath in the fresh air that what makes me smile. I get my book in my back and read it. I actually love reading books and that’s one of my hobbies and collection.

While reading the book, I heard a strum of guitar and a soft voice which made me stop in reading. The voice caught my attention, damn she has an amazing and angelic voice. I wanted to know who she is but I don’t want to disturb her and at the same time I just want to listen to her song. Damn, Raven wake up you have a business here so focus on it. Her voice is as soft as the breeze of the air. I felt strange in my heart and I don’t want this feeling. I really want to stand and leave the voice of that angel who is singing and the only barrier that we have is the big tree in the middle. It feels like I’m cheating in my love of life just because of hearing her voice. Instead of leaving I just close my eyes and smiling with the song that she is singing. I really can’t forget her voice, I know this is wrong but I just can’t help it and I never felt this way before. It's feels like I'm inlove.... With her voice. Yeah I just like her voice that’s it. I shrug my min with the thoughts I have in my mind.

God gave me you to show me that's real

As she finish singing suddenly someone called her.

"Hey, I’ve been looking for you, you are just here" it’s a voice of a man and damn why did I felt stung in my heart.

"let’s go" the man offered to the girl

No, I want to see her and I don’t want to let her go but what will I say? Why do I feel like I want to know her more but as I stand up to the ground to see her, I just saw her back with a long hair. Suddenly I felt disappointed.

Shit, I remember that I need to pick up Denise, damn why did I forget about it.

What is going into your mind Raven? I’m scolding myself in my mind. I just blown away by that girl’s voice. Thank god I’m not late to pick her up, I’m just on the time. Even though we already break-up, I’m thankful that she gave me a chance to be with her to court her again and I really love her so much. I don’t wanna loose her ever again cause she make me realize how much I love her when she decided to leave me.

"you really love that place, huh?" someone asked her.

"Ah yeah, it is refreshing their and it’s quite place"

"I bet, oh by the let’s take a lunch?"

"oh yeah sure, I’m hungry already. Thanks for the guitar."

"no problem, I will do everything for you and I like you"

"psh, nonsense" they just both laugh.

They are now eating in the Cafeteria.

"You know what I never heard or saw you singing even though you are always borrowing my guitar. I’m sure you have a lovely voice just like how pretty you are"

"Psh, do you want to die right here right now?"

"psh, I just kidding. I’m maybe a basketball player but I never play a heart of a girl. Sometime can you let me hear your voice.? "

"Psh, don’t make me laugh dud I know you, you and your tricks with girl." he just scratch his head cause he is truly a certified playboy.

"Ahahaha Maybe in time I will let you hear my voice and I don’t have a good voice, you will just loose your eardrum if you hear me singing”

"Ahahaha, I don’t believe in you"

"Let's just continue eating, you'll treat this food right?"

"Sure no problem,"

"I'm just kidding"

"I insist, I will pay for our food even though you're much more rich that me. It's my pleasure to pay for the food of the Prince of this school. I'm glad you let me join you in lunch, I'm just lucky this day."

Yeah he is right I don't let anyone join me in lunch but I think I will try to join in some people here in the campus.

"Ahahaha, you're over reacting but thanks for the treat."

"You're welcome, my princess"

"Tss, what's with you? You don't have to shout"

"I'm just glad that you said yes to me, so that's mean we are in a relationship-ouch" she strike his head slightly

"You're crazy"

"Psh, I just like you," he whispered in his self

"What, are you saying something?"

"Nothing, just continue eating" the girl just nod and smile

"Thanks for the food and for taking me here"

The smile " Don't mention it"

Why do we always fall in love with someone who loves someone else that doesn't love them back? That's so unfair, but what can we do? we could not teach our hearts who we are going to love.

But maybe someday, in right time and right place, we can be together as lover and not as a friend.
