She pushed the white doorbell button and waited again. No answer. She bent down and lifted up the brown furry doormat. A single golden key sat on the stone ground. She picked it up and reached in her purse. She brought out a scribbled note. Jake 4868. She looked up at the ceiling. Star first, pound later? Or was it pound first, then star? Sweat broke out on her forehead. She paced from the intercom to the stone wall. f**k it. She turned the key in the lock, then pressed the door handle of the large mahogany door. A high pitched warning beep sounded. She whipped around the door and pressed the numbers into the white security display. The beep stopped. She exhaled and closed the door. She strolled through the foyer and stepped down the white marble steps into the living room. She examined
