Today is the day of the funeral. It's been almost a week and no one has heard from Ruth. Lucy is breaking down, she thinks she has lost a daughter too. I've tried assuring her that everything is going to be alright but not even I believe that. We did file a missing person's report but the police haven't found anything concrete, they don't seem to be putting much effort into it. Lorenzo offered to accompany me to the funeral, I honestly needed him. The past few days have been eventful and exhausting.
