Chapter 5

I growled as I felt cold water drop on me.

"DAMIT Joslyn!" I growled.

"Get up. Alpha wants you." She said.

I sighed and got up. I took a quick shower and walked to the Alpha's office. I stayed with him because ma had gotten sick two months ago and died two weeks ago in a rogue fight.

They started to become more and more aggressive about nine months back when I had left my so-called-father's pack.

"What's up Ty?" I asked.

"My son is coming back. He said he got a girl pregnant." He told me.

I knew his words and I knew his son got someone pregnant who isn't his mate and who isn't an Alpha blood so this kid will not be shown respect.

"I will protect her as long as I can." I said.

"You also are being called to a neighboring pack. They need your help with training." Tyson said.

I sighed and looked at the floor.

"How long?" I asked.

"Two days." He muttered.

I hated being away from the kids.

"SISSY!" I heard six voices.

Yes they're six kids instead of five. I don't know how or why, but I do know that she had six kids. She lived through it, but lost some of her strength to the kids and lives off of my strength.

"IN HERE!" I yelled.

They followed my voice and threw the door open. For a one year old they look like they are three. The doctor says that since they are lycan's and I'm so close they are stronger. I let them all climb on top of me and kiss my cheek.

"Okay guys. I have to do something for two days so be good for mommy and daddy." I told them.

I heard sniffling then full on crying and a bunch of kids throwing fits.

"Guys. Please. ENOUGH!" I growled.

They looked down as they were sitting on the floors. I sighed and looked at their father who has never held any kind of control over them.

"Now I ask you to listen to daddy for two days then I will be back and I will give you six; some things when I get back. Something you wanted for three weeks." I whispered.

"Really?" They all asked.

"Yes." I whispered.

"DADDY!" They all yelled at him, jumping on him, knocking him off of his chair.

"Dad?" I heard a hot voice ask.

I didn't look up knowing what would happen.

"Dad?" The voice asked again.

"I-I'm good." Ty whispered.

"TyTy you sure? I could call them off." I said.

"C-Call t-them off." He said.

"Kids? Go find Joslyn." I said, smirking.

"JOSY! JOSY!" They yelled and ran away.

I smiled as I heard their footsteps.

"Dad?" The voice asked again.

I sighed and turned around. I met eyes with the girl and glared at her knowing where she was from.

"I guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree; Tracy." I said.

"I guess you two are the same after all." She said, smirking.

"Yes I am like my mother. I don't fight because I want to unlike you; who's just like your sluty mother." I said, smirking.

"Well I guess you want to be a warrior like your mother, but you know you will never be a warrior after what you've done to her!" She growled.

"I didn't do s**t! You know that better than anyone else." I said.

'Block her out! Block her out! She's just trying to hurt you like old times!' I chanted in my head.

"You know when I heard you were leaving I was sad." She said.

"Sad you won't be able to 'beat me' I mean you could never beat me in a battle when I was on my own pack lands. You could never beat me at all. You are the weak of the pack." I said, smirking.

"NO!" She growled and tried to attack me, but I grabbed her by the neck and threw her on the ground where I won't be able to hurt the baby.

"You don't want to hurt your baby do you?" I asked her.

"Tracy!" I heard the guy yell.

I smirked down at her, but got off of her.

"I will be going now, TyTy. Please send me the information." I said and bumped the guy's shoulder walking out.

I knew what he was to me, but I won't let him hurt me. I walked upstairs and went to my room. I got dressed quickly and walked out of the Alpha's house when I got a message. I growled.

'The Waning Gibbous; training the Alpha's second born and Beta.' The text message said from the Alpha.

"I WILL KILL YOU TYSON!" I growled loudly.

I heard laughter from inside and sighed. I took off not wanting to wait another second to get this over with.

After three hours of being in the damn car driving at a hundred per/hour I finally made it. I quickly pulled up and growled.

"Alpha Casper! GET OUT HERE NOW!" I growled.

He quickly came and sighed.

"Why do you need me to help you! It's been a f*****g year since I cut all lines to this damn pack! We had a deal! I am in Jr life, but not the packs!" I growled.

"Your birthday is today. He wanted you for your birthday." He told me.

I sighed and quickly walked into the pack house. I found him locking lips with a young girl who looked pretty.

"Hello little brother." I said, smirking.

"Addy?" He asked.

"Yes. I'm back." I said.

He got up and ran to me. When he got to me he hugged me tightly. I heard a loud growl and turned to the noise.

"I'm guessing you're the mate?" I asked the girl.

"I had a makeover. I decided to change." She said.

"Donovan. You should have stayed the same." I said, smirking.

"I would say the same, but you look better." She said.

"Well Janie I am better. I am really happy where I am right now. Even if I can't find my son's and daughters, I still can feel them. You know where they are and if you tell me I will forgive you." I said.

"I don't. She moves them every three weeks just so you won't find them and she hasn't told me for six months." She told me.

"Mommy?" A voice asked.

I looked and saw a little boy running to Janie.

"I see you have a boy. He is only one right?" I asked.

"Yes. I had him three months after you left. I slept with the old Beta's son. We had a little boy but about five months after you left the pack fell into some deep shits. We had lost both the Beta's and Delta's family." She said.

"Weren't you the adopted Delta's daughter?" I asked.

"Yes." She whispered.

"Well why didn't you die?" I asked bluntly.

I heard a growl and sighed.

"Okay sorry. I just want to know why she didn't die with her family. Wait, what are you really?" I asked.

"I am an omega." She whispered.

"Of course. Rogues and other species don't go for the weak because they won't last long without their pack or an Alpha. Whoever did this is trying to make the packs weaker by taking out the best of the pack. I need to get you all ready today, not tomorrow and not in a month when they attack again." I said.

"What?" She asked.

"Get everyone including kids to the training grounds now!" I growled and walked outside.

I called a few people to back me up in doing this.

"Okay guys so I can't tell you what I am doing exactly because then that will ruin everything. Now you will get into fighting positions! EVERYONE!" I growled.

All the kids huddled around the top warriors like they were training to do, but that is how they will be killed.

"EVERY CHILD GET NEXT TO AN OMEGA! NOW!" I growled.

They took off to an omega who didn't know what to do.

"Now you will have to fight for your life or you are dead." I said, smirking big time.

My men and women came out and attacked the pack quickly, not giving them time to think. I watched as my brother ran to his step-son.

"JR! FIGHT FOR YOU PACK! DON'T GO FOR THE KIDS!" I growled.

He growled at me, but I growled back so he had no choice but to listen. He fought one of my top men who knew how to handle anything so I smirked. The kids were screaming and crying.

"PUPS IF YOU CRY YOUR PARENTS WILL DIE! YOU HAVE TO BE STRONG FOR THEM! YOU HAVE TO DO AS THE OMEGA'S SAY! NOW DO YOUR JOBS OMEGA'S!" I growled.

"Let's go to the safe now!" A girl yelled.

"Casper, have you found your mate?" I asked.

"Y-Yes." He said fighting my favorite guy in this group.

"Where is she?" I asked.

"S-She's gone. She rejected me." He said.

"Then pick someone who is good to the pack to be your mate! If you are weak then your pack is weak! You get to choose what you want in life. If you want this pack to ever be strong you have to be strong. Now do your job as Alpha and beat his f*****g ass!" I growled.

"I-I can't!" He yelled.

"BEAT HIM UP RIGHT THIS SECOND OR LOSE EVERYONE IN YOUR PACK!" I growled.

"I-I can't do it!" He growled.

I growled and went over to him relieving my men.

"FIGHT ME! TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN YOU AND FIGHT ME!" I commanded.

He started to punch me and just fought. He was driven by anger and sadness. I was just dodging him because he was trying to kill me right now in anger.

When he calmed down I decided to show him what happens when you allow the anger to control you. He was down in two seconds.

"This is what happens when you are unfocused. You die in a second. I promise you that when you are in a real fight you will die. Again!" I commanded and my people left.

I watched as the pack looked around scared.

"Focus on your smell. Focus on your hearing, your sight and focus on your life." I said.

That's when they came back but stronger. They will go from zero to a hundred quickly when they come back to teach them how to fight. I watched the new Beta help fight, but his job is to get the pack to safety. I walked to him and got him down with my claw to his neck.

"You're dead." I said.

"W-What?" He asked as everyone stopped fighting.

"Again!" I growled.

My men walked away and hid very well.

"Now I will show you something. I will act like the Beta. The weak Beta like him and tell me what you three see." I said to the two Alpha's and beta.

"NOW!" I commanded.

They came really hard making it hard not to fight back right. I looked at the pack and sighed fighting like the Beta did.

Every Beta knows his job is the pack's safety first, but he went for the fight so he was a warrior before he was made into the Beta.

"You're dead." My top warrior told me.

I sighed and got up.

"Did you see what I did?" I asked the Beta.

"N-No?" He asked.

"You went to fight so that means you were a warrior before this. A Beta is born to protect the ones who can't fight. They order the pack to go to safety while the Alpha is trying to define the pack. The Alpha defends the pack with the Delta since he isn't as important as the Beta is. The Beta runs when there is a fight because he is the next in line to the Alpha position to make sure the pack doesn't die with the Alpha family. The younger Alpha family runs to make sure they stay alive, but if you have a younger bloodline like the second son's unborn baby then they fight. Right now you will do what I do. Again!" I commanded.

Again they came back harder making me mad because they were supposed to hold off on this sort of power.

"ANYONE WHO CAN'T FIGHT RUN! HIDE NOW! GO! HIDE!" I commanded.

I grabbed everyone who I could and directed them to the pack house to the safe room. I went back out and grabbed me until the last one was my brother's step-son who was cornered.

I fought off my men and grabbed the boy. I went to the safe room where his mother was waiting for him.

"Since you are mated to my brother you will be the Luna right now unless the Beta found his mate." I said.

"No he hasn't found them." She said.

"You're the LUNA! DO YOUR JOB!" I commanded and ran.

I went out and fought as many as I could till I was beat of course letting them beat me.

"Now you see what I did? I went for the pack first then I came to fight. I could have ran, but I didn't because if I think we can win then I stay. The Alpha will give you the command to run if he thinks you will not win. Now my men will do it harder so that means someone needs to go get the others and then we will see if the Beta and Alpha can work together." I said.

"Boss?" My top warrior asked.

"You will do it at half full. Do it now!" I commanded.

"There is a way to beat this if you want to know, but not until I see how good you can do against the Lycan's on a half moon when we are at our fullest, well half fullest." I said, smirking.

Casper nodded and got into a defensive mood.

"Now you have to remember that this is not just any kind of fight. This is how we are when we are at the half full moon. You have to make sure that you are ready for anything and everything. You have to make sure you can do it without thinking. Just let your body do what you are born for." I said.

I watched as Jr got closer to the pack with the Beta.

"Good now you two are acting like the real Beta and second Alpha." I said.

I watched as every Omega got ready to run with every pup, but that's not what I want.

"Actually I'm going to do something else. Omega's come with me." I said and walked to the woods.

Since most of the Omega's are always in the woods playing with the pups as their jobs. We all have a job and their job is to watch the pups for the packs.

"You are usually the ones to be with the pups this far away from the pack right?" I asked.

"Yes?" A girl asked.

"Everyone, go on about your day. I want to know what you all do around this time, but do not let your guards down yet." I said.

"What are you thinking?" I heard one of my men, who were close by, ask.

"They are all ready for a fight, but rogues don't let anyone know when they attack; give me five minutes then attack." I said.

"Will you give me a-" I cut him off.

"Yes." I said.

I watched as the Alpha's, Beta's, and Delta's all went inside somewhere.

"All the upper families are inside, which is a bad move on their side. All warriors are training and all mothers are walking around. The kids are all playing in the woods so basically they left the pack defenseless." I said.

"You have to fix it before they die." He said.

"Attack now." I growled.

After two minutes my men and women came and grabbed every pup's and Omega's.

"You all die now! If you lose your pups and Omega's then you all die! You all have to do your part! The women are doing their job! The warriors are doing their job! ONE ALPHA IS DOING HIS JOB! THE BETA AND DELTA AND SECOND ALPHA ARE NOT! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONE STRONG LEADER AND ONE WEAK LEADER! SINCE YOU HAVE A SECOND ALPHA HERE; HE IS TO BE OUTSIDE WITH THE WARRIORS ALONG WITH THE WARRIOR AND DELTA! THEY ARE THE ONES TO SUMMON THE ALPHA SINCE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HEAR BETTER, BUT YET YOUR PACK IS DEAD!" I growled.

"Alpha Addy." I heard behind me.

"AGAIN! THIS TIME DO IT RIGHT!" I growled.

The kid went to play, but they looked scared.

"You pups are doing a good job. Just play." I said.

They started to really play with each other. I watched as the pack started to do what they are used to.

"Wait till nightfall to hit them. Let them lose focus. I want to see what they would do when they think they are safe." I said.

"Do you think it is smart?" He asked.

"I think that it is good to see everything. Pups will be trying to sleep while everyone else will be trying to be relaxing. Think about when we are trying to do those things, what do we do?" I asked.

"The top families are outside patrolling while the lower families are inside having time to themselves." He said.

"Right. They won't know what to do if the Alpha and the rest are inside. We hit them when they least expect it." I said.

"We should do one right now and then wait a few hours." He told me.

"Do it then. The pups are having fun right now." I said.

I heard a grunt since he hates breaking kids' hearts.

"Now." I whispered.

I waited three whole minutes till they hit all around the pack house. I watched as Jr froze up not knowing what to do.

"Jr do your job!" I yelled.

I watched as the Beta called for backup and the warrior got ready for a fight. I watched as the kids got into a circle without being told to so they came up with that on their own. The Omega's did the same seeing the kids making me smile.

"GET TO THE SAFE ROOM NOW!" The Beta yelled.

Every Omega grabbed at least two pups and ran. I watched as the Beta helped those who couldn't run fast. I watched as Jr helped him and got his family all the way over there. I watched as the warriors and those who can fight tried to fight with Casper.

"Alpha?" A girl asked.

"Get the pack and run!" Casper yelled.

"Casper you can't just yell at them! You are their Alpha! Command them to do it or they will not leave you to die protecting their pack lands! They have a duty to protect your life along with everyone you care for!" I growled.

"GET THE PACK AND RUN NOW!" Casper commanded.

Everyone listened, but didn't get to get by since my men were ready. The warriors allowed the pack to run making a way for them.

"COME BACK!" I commanded when the Alpha was down.

"That is what an Alpha does. He makes sure his pack is safe. His warriors help then run for their life too. Nobody is left behind. You either die here or you live. You always have a choice in life, but you also have to fight for what you choose. I have two sayings I tell myself when I am stuck. Sometimes I believe it and other times I don't follow my code. One is 'flight or fight' it means I choose when I run or I choose to fight the battle, but it also means to know when you lose and when you win. Never try to fight something you cannot. My other saying is 'we hunt those who hunt us' that means if someone hunts us down and tries to kill us we fight back much harder then they come at us. We flee before they can kill us, but we come back and hurt them. I won't kill unless I am forced to and that is what a true Alpha does." I said.

"So what do you just give up until you are stronger?" A young girl asked.

"No. I won't give up. I just know when I am beat and when I win. You can never give up hope on winning. You will always win if you allow the battles to run through you not over you." I said.

"You just give up on the fight and leave!" A guy growled.

"I UNDERSTAND WHEN I AM DOWN I CANNOT GET UP WITHOUT THINKING AND PLANNING! YOU ALL DON'T THINK! YOUR ALPHA THINKS HE IS A BADASS AND DOESN'T KNOW THAT WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR MATE YOU ARE STRONGER AND CANNOT BE KILLED AS EASILY AS MY MEN COULD HAVE KILLED HIM! EVERYONE WHO HAS A MATE KNOWS THE FEELINGS! YOU ARE NOT AS WEAK AS YOU ARE RIGHT NOW! YOU ARE ALL WEAK BECAUSE YOUR ALPHA IS GRIEVING AND WEAK! YOUR SECOND ALPHA CAN'T PROTECT YOU BECAUSE HE ISN'T A TRUE ALPHA! YOUR BETA IS A f*****g WARRIOR SO HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DEFEND YOU THE WAY HE SHOULD! YOU WARRIOR IS YOUR TRAINER HE ONlY TRAINS! YOUR OMEGA'S CANNOT FIGHT! YOU WOMEN CANNOT FIGHT!" I yelled.

"We can fight!" He yelled.

"NO! WHAT YOU COULD DO IS RUN AWAY LIKE YOUR A SCARED LITTLE PUPPY!" I growled.

My men all came around them and shifted into their lycan's and growled.

"This; THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE UP AGAINST MOST OF THE DAMN TIME! THIS IS WHAT YOU DON'T SEE WHEN YOU ARE FIGHTING!" I growled as they all shifted into their wolves with their tail in between their legs.

"You are all p*****s! You cannot protect yourselves!" I growled.

They all shifted back into their humans from bowing to us.

"Get up and train everyone right now!" I growled.

They all hurried and did what they were told. I watched as my brother's tried to pair their pack together, but my men grabbed one of the pack members and started to fight them with full power.
