In the year 2100..... an unbelievable series of natural disasters took place, wiping out almost 60% of the world's population and disfigured the world map. It was a necessary cleansing done to the world by the gods. The gods and goddesses then gave some supernatural powers to the remaining responsible population and re-established monarchy by giving supreme powers to some families, separating them into 8 kingdoms according to their powers...... The Cryzlers ruled the Ice Kingdom Valeria, the Blaizes the Fire kingdom Asphalta, the Tennysons the Teleport Kingdom Nethilor,the Silverstrikes the Air Kingdom Mithrak, the Diamondhills the Electric Kingdom Zelestria, the Matthews the Earth Kingdom Hasthris, the Merakis the Green Kingdom Eden and finally the Bezelheims the Dark Kingdom Argento. The royal family alone possessed a weapon called the soul sword which materialised when called its name.
A selected few of the people of a kingdom possessed the power to control their birth element. And the Dark Kingdom housed all the immortals ruled by the superior race, the vampires.
The Dark King not only ruled his Kingdom, but also kept peace among all the Kingdoms. Being immortals. A Dark King ruled until he stepped down himself or was killed. But the 9th King, Parius Bezelheim, lost sight of his responsibilities and ignored the wars that broke out between the other Kingdoms. The other Dark clan Royals and Nobles had to kill the King as their last resort. But then an 18 year old Hartmann Bezelheim had to be crowned King. Although reluctantly, the Royals did so. But Hartmann, who was also the owner of the most powerful sword in history, Aetherius, led the Dark clan to battle and slowly settled the rife by making a peace contract, that is, The Accords, with all the other Kings.
But after the war ended. Two things happened.
One, Hartmann Bezelheim swore to never use his sword again. Two, the Dark clan just disappeared....
