“Well, my in commands decided to skip lunch today that’s why.”

“Alright, but still it’s not safe you could be attacked!!” Said Adrian and Blaze nodded agreeing with him.

“Well, Thanks for your concern but I turned 18 today so I won’t get attacked easily today!”

“Really? That’s great! Happy birthday!! And good luck.” Said Adrian sounding a bit relieved and happy.

“Yeah, like he said. Happy birthday B.” Said Blaze.

Blaze can’t really call me bestie in public, so he always says B which makes people confused because they don’t understand the meaning, but I do.

“Aww thanks guys. If you want do you guys want to come to my birthday party tomorrow?”

“Sure, why not!” they said at the same time which kind of annoyed them, but they decided to let it go.

“Really? That’s great!! The party begins at 20.00 pm tomorrow.” I spoke with excitement and joy in my voice.

“Okey we will be there.” They said.

Then they finished their food and went on their way to the next class. I didn’t have any lessons right now and decided to go to our gathering room and then when I got there something had happened. Me and my dragon Xena got furious with rage at what we saw. I ran towards our gathering room door and bowed down to help my second and third in command up, but it was impossible because they were unconscious, so I asked Xena to lend me her strength then I carried them towards the nurses office. To my luck the school nurse was still there. I put them down on a bed and then let the nurse do her job.

“Well, they have been attacked and from what I can see they didn’t stand a chance. They are no longer in any life-threatening condition.” She spoke.

I got furious and growled at this news. I could see the nurse flinch from my growl by their injuries and scent I know who did this and this means war. I walked outside and hit my fist in the wall in pure rage and let out a roar that made the whole school building shake. This was a rage filled roar. I walked towards my groups hideout. When I got there, I sat down on my throne and waited for my members to gather. After five minutes the whole gym was full of my members.

“QUIET!! I have gathered you here to tell you that someone has attacked our second and third in command. Almost killing them. I know the scent of the person responsible which means that they have broken our rules which means WAR!! I will gather the Kings and Queens to a meeting now and ask them about this!! Be on your guard and report to me if you find something suspicious! Now go!!” I roared.

Then I sent out a message of wanting to meet all Kings and Queens at our usual place right away using a magical bird. The bird then went on its way and passed down the message to everyone. I went to the underground tunnels of the school where the throne room were. I then sat down on my throne in the meeting room where only the Kings and Queens gather. Then Adrian, Blaze, Sheri and Leo entered and sat down at their thrones and then different magical birds showed up an sat down at the rest of the thrones. Which meant that the others couldn’t come. Then the meeting begun.

“Why are we here Queen?” said Leo.

“We are here because my second and third in command was attacked and could have been dead if I showed up a second later. An old enemy has returned and I am going to declare war!! I want REVENGE Leo!!” I roared in pure rage. Xena and me wanted blood from the one who hurt our people.

“No, it can’t be.” Said Sheri.

“Well, if they are back then we should all prepare for war. My second and third in commands are missing” said one of the magical birds.

“Well, if that is the case then war it is!” Said Adrian.

The others agreed and decided to prepare and then we all left to prepare for the war. I decided to talk to Blaze and Adrian in private. We met at our secret spot which was a magical room that no one except us has access to.

“Alright why are we here?” said Adrian.

“I will cut to the chase. I suspect that someone from the other groups is working with that person. Not just anyone would be able to almost beat my second and third in command to death. Only a King or Queen can do that. And it has to be someone on the same level as us!!” I roared with anger laced in my voice.

“Wait are you sure?” Said Adrian.

“I think she is right. Not even my third in command is able to get a scratch on them when they fight. They are strong. You trained them yourself, didn’t you?” Said Blaze.

“Yes, I trained all my in commands myself but that’s why they are strong. But that isn’t what angered me!!”

“As I thought!” Said Blaze.

“Then what is the real reason behind this?” Said Adrian.

“My second and third in command are my cousins which makes this personal!! I want that persons head served on a silver plate for almost killing my family!!”

“Wait they are your cousins?! Then this may be a personal vendetta against you!” Said Adrian.

Blaze nodded agreeing with Adrian.

“Maybe but if that is the case then its weird because no one except the principal knows that they are my cousins.”

“In that case its weird. Are you sure no one else know about this?” Said Adrian.

“Well, his secretary and our teacher were there and then there was this new student who was also present.”

“Wait?! What new student? You guys were the only new ones!” Said Blaze.

“No there was this weird dude, he didn’t have a scent.”

“Wait no scent?? That is impossible!! Are you sure??” said Adrian sounding impatient.

“Yes, I`m sure.”

“Do you think what I think Adrian?” Said Blaze.

“Yes, but how? They haven’t showed up here for centuries!?” Said Adrian.

“Yeah, I think so too! How did he look like?” Said Blaze.

“He had black nails and gloves and a black hoodie and white skin and dark circles under his eyes. Oh, and his eyes were black as the night itself. He also had black piercings on his left ear.”

“I think we are right about this Blaze. And if they have returned here after so long then something bad is happening or is going to happen in the future! We need to report this to the King!!” Said Adrian.

Blaze nodded agreeing with Adrian.

“Wait who are they?”

“They are ghosts that’s why they don’t have a scent. And they only show up when bad things are happening already or are going to happen. That’s why we need to report this to the King!! Said Blaze.

“Well then in that case I can inform him about it after school.”

“Wait do you know the king?” Said Adrian.

“Well, I forgot to tell you guys. I can just tell you now, you are going to find out later anyways. I`m a Queen at school but I`m also going to be a Queen when I have found my fated mate or mates because I`m the oldest daughter of the dragon king. Which makes the king my father.”

“Wait you are the dragon princess??” Said Blaze and Adrian surprised.

“Yes I am.”
