This week flew by. I was beyond busy the entire week, and with all the rainstorms we were having, I was mentally and physically exhausted. All week I was stuck in meetings after meetings. I can’t seem to catch a break. I couldn’t cancel any of those meetings because they'd throw a f*****g fit.
Alexandria was a champion, dealing with my constant whining and complaining. She put up with my yelling and all the obscenity that kept spilling past my mouth during every meeting. These appointments were irrelevant as the CEOs were dull and uninteresting. I could have had Alexandria handle all of them alone. I chose not to let her do any meetings by herself. Not like she couldn't deal with them herself. They wanted to see who the current CEO was. They were very shaken up to see a female in charge.
