A few days have passed since I got to The Maldives. It’s been a good few days of relaxing on the beach with my toes buried in the sand. There was one constant person on my mind. I wished Josh was here to enjoy this with me. I haven’t been out of the house unless it was to go to the beach off the back patio. I stood at the railing of the back patio, looking out at the horizon.
The pink and purple hues collide and swirl around one another, making the sky look like one giant cotton candy. The breeze and the smell of the ocean breeze wind blew my hair back. Being here on this beautiful island, I could feel the stress and tension leave my body. Maybe with this clear mind that I have right now. I could see everything from a different perspective.
