A few years had gone by, and our twins were now sixteen. They asked us a few years ago about their dad and I's story. Amelia made them a promise that once they turned sixteen, we would tell them our story. We waited until Christmas morning to tell our story. We wanted to celebrate their birthday and Christmas together with the entire family.
Amelia took the lead in telling our story after opening all of the gifts underneath the Christmas tree. Arielle and Trey surprised us with a great present.
