He retrieved her Saturday afternoon for a day all to themselves. They hit a local putt-putt course first, spending more time clowning around than playing miniature golf. It wasn’t even worth the effort to keep score. The game became more interesting when Matt decided to rearrange the course when no one was watching. Sarah laughed at the people behind them, for they naively tried to putt around all of the obstacles he had created. They finished the last few holes and departed before someone discovered the trouble they were causing.
