CHAPTER 5 Well, by now, I guess you’re starting to see the big picture. There was a lot to like, as well as, a few things not to like, such as putting on those damn leotards and getting up at six-thirty in the morning. However, I was starting to enjoy this acting thing and sharing the bathroom with Jackie Sue and Pepper. For the next few weeks’ things sort of nicely moved along. As first-year students, Lila, Gerri and I were busy adjusting to our new lives. With classes eight hours a day, we were constantly on the go. Gerri and I became great friends; as she was the one, I could depend on to help me in the evening with the load of homework, and the memorization of lines.
