Chapter 3

The day was losing its brightness as time continued to tick, it was gradually giving way for the evening. The evening that would be so much packed with intense drama, the evening that Lily would be walking inside with, Sebastian the much respected, the cute and most wanted CEO, as Lily would be going with Sebastian to the party tonight.

Lily got a beep from her phone, she picked it up to check and saw she had gotten a text message from her Sebastian to come meet up with him at a restaurant nearby. Kim wondered what he had to tell her since they were still going to meet up later in the day for the party. She reluctantly stood up from the bed and headed straight to the bathroom to have a wash and headed to the restaurant in the address.

There was a cool breeze blowing around the restaurant, it felt cool and cozy, Lily walked up to where Sebastian was seated, she had already sighted him from afar, she couldn't help but agree that Sebastian was such a cute man, he wore a black blazer and a black pants to match, it gave him the nice fitting his body with his skin glittering as the little sun touched it.

"Good day sir," Lily greeted calmly, pulling out one of the seats to sit down.

Sebastian lifted his head, to look at Lily in the face, he was indifference about her dressing, he was only concerned about what he wanted her to do for him, moreso he was already going to take care of the particular dress she would be wearing to the party, because whoever that should follow him to the party needs to look so good in her dresses, because he was the boss.

"I want you to have this," Sebastian said, handing a little shopping bag to Lily.

Lily looked at Sebastian's face trying to guess what he could be having in the bag, no matter how hard she tried to guess she still couldn't figure out what he could be having in the bag.

The cool breeze blowing her loose hair, Lily uses her hand to brush it off her face so that she could look more closely at her boss. Asking her to be pretend to be his girlfriend was enough hard task already and now he wants to add to it, for her to pretend as though they have been having s*x.

"What's in the bag?"Lily asked to take the little bag from him.

"It's a dress, that's what you would be wearing tonight for the party," Sebastian answered pointing to the bag.

"Why are you doing all these?" You don't

have to buy a dress for me, I can always make use of the dresses I have," Lily protested.

He had a fixed gaze on the glass of wine in his hand, he was so engrossed in his drink.

"There's nothing more, I just wanted to get back at Rosie, I want her to see everything that she was going to be missing," he replied with so much pain in his eyes.

Lily could feel that the atmosphere was beginning to change, she wouldn't want to be the one to remind him of his failed marriage. She quietly took the dress from him since she had made up her mind to help him.

Lily gently brought out the dress from the bag. It was a champagne color sequin gown. It was very beautiful. The dress was from the collection of one of the famous designers in the city and Lily knew immediately that it would be quite expensive. It also came with the right accessories.

"Please make sure to look your best,that's why I got you that dress, Rosie would be at the party and I know she dresses well, I don't want her to think that I got someone she's better off," Sebastian said as he got into his car.

Lily stood there watching him till his car was no longer in view, she drank the remaining wine left in her glass, she exhaled heavily, tucked the dress back into the bag and left for home.

Lily kept checking the time so she wouldn't have to keep Sebastian waiting, it wouldn't be good to keep him waiting since he already informed her the time he would be coming to pick her up by 7: pm.

She got into the bathroom to take a bath, she entered the bathtub , letting the water feel her whole body, sending sweet shivers down her spin, the thoughts of having to pretend as Sebastian's girlfriend swept through her mind, she had decided to help him with his problems, but still having to pretend as though they have being having s*x with each other.

Lily stepped out of the bathroom, she reached for the dress Sebastian had given her, hung in her dresser.

She wore her undies and also wore the dress, her transparent skin shined brightly, complimenting the color of the dress, it gave her the much fitting she needed, bringing out the curves she had on her body.

"How could he have known my perfect dress size, well this dress looks good on me," Lily said admiring herself in the dressing mirror.

She sat down to apply a little makeup on her face, she opened the drawer and her eyes cut with the set of Jewelries, it had been there for quite some time and she had not really used it, it was a gift given to her by her mum on her twentieth birthday, it was quite beautiful and classy, Lily used it to adore her neck, and ears, the, she reached out for her Rolex wristwatch. She double checked herself in the dressing mirror, satisfied with how she looked, a broad smile widened her lips bringing out the rich color of the lip gloss on her cute lips. She took her gold clutch purse and headed towards the door.

"Hello sir,I'm ready," Lily said into the phone as she waited patiently for Sebastian.

Lily sent the address to her boss and a few minutes later, Sebastian pulled over at her house to pick her.

Lily stood, watching as Sebastian came down from the car, he came in his expensive SUV, it was his favorite car of all his cars, Lily watched with keen interest, she was fascinated by his appearance, he was damn cute and hot and the same time, dressed in in a royal blue shirt and black trousers to match, he had expensive wrist watches on his wrist, the shoes on his leg everything he had in his body spells the word 'wealthy'.

Lily wouldn't mind having someone as cute as Sebastian for a boyfriend.

He walked towards her in his good calculated steps befitting of his persona

His rich perfume filled the whole place the moment he moved closer to Lily. Everything about him spelt class, little wonder every girl wants to have him.

"Good evening sir," Lily greeted him camly.

"You should stop addressing me formally, since we are a couple now,I mean you are going to be my girlfriend tonight, so you should stop addressing me as 'Sir', it wouldn't sound nice if you keep on calling me sir," Sebastian corrected.

"Ok, I get it sir,oh sorry Sebastian," Lily says, she felt awkward addressing him by his first name, this would the first time she would be addressing her boss by his first

name.

They got into the car and Sebastian drove quietly to the party, the streets of the city were becoming quiet as night time came except for bars and nightclubs which were just beginning to burble with activities. Lily enjoyed watching the evening, she doesn't really have the time to go out at night, but here she is going to be Sebastian's girlfriend tonight, the thoughts made her nervous, but she shoved the thoughts aside and hoped to enjoy herself while at it.

They got to the party venue, it was a five star hotel, one of the biggest in the city and where most influential men and women come to have fun. The party was taking place at the hotel's private lounge and was strictly by invitation. Other guests had also come to the party in their numbers looking beautiful and elegantly dressed, most of which were top and high class men and women.

Lily wasn't used to this kind of parties and she was happy to have accepted to pretend as Sebastian's girlfriend even though she was only trying to help him out.

The music from the party was a little loud, the people danced with so much joy, as everyone clinged to their partners, each holding hands together and others who were already drunk were kissing and smooching in the corner.

Everywhere was lit with so many colorful lights, the DJ was doing good with his skills as he kept everyone at the party nodding to the beats coming from the large speakers.

Lily looked up to see Sebastian's ex-wife Rosie coming forward. Lily knows that Rosie is full of troubles.

"Here comes the witch," Lily muttered.
